BR7: The Signalman and The Ghost at the Trial

 This book has two stories. They are about ghost. The first story is that a strange accident happens when the signalman sees the ghost. I think that this ghost tells him about the accident will happen, so this ghost isn't a bad one. And the second story is that a man sees a ghost during a trail of murder case. The ghost which the mam sees is a victim of the case.

BR6: Love or Money?

    The Clarkson family lived in the country near Cambridge, about half a mile from the nearest village and about a mile from the river.(p.1)

I wanted to read this book because I thought it is about love story. But, this story was about murder of   one family. The mother was killed by one of her family. She was angry about money last night because her daughters and acquaintances asked her to give them money. After I read this book, I thought that money is important as much as love.

BR5: The Wizard of Oz

Dorothy lived in a small house in Kansas, With Uncle Henry, Aunt Em, and a little black dog called Toto.(p.1)

I have seen the movie, so I wanted to read this book. This book was very interesting, especially the scene where Dorothy and her friends cooperated to beat the bad witch. In the end I thought it was good that all their wishes came true.

BR4: Goodbye, Mr Hollywood

"She is watching you very carefully."(p.2)

I wanted to read this book because I thought this book was about a movie star. But this book was about a man who was involved in a trouble. The man was a travel writer and he met a beautiful woman.  She called him "Mr. Hollywood." He was chased a suspicious man. The puspicious man was looking for "Mr. Hollywood," but another one.
After I read this book, I thought that he was very sorry for being involved in a very dangerous trouble.

BR3: Les misérables

It is the year 1796, and the people of France are hungry.(P.1)




I watched this movie about 4 years ago, so I wanted to read this book.
I thought that Jean Valjean was a very kind and nice man, because he took a lot of bread but they were for his sister and her seven children. After he escaped from the prison, he became a mayor. He met a woman and he brought up her daughter, Cosette. In the end, he died, near Cosette and her husband. I thought he had a hard life but he was happy because he and Cosette could bacome like a real family.
