BR9: A Tale of Two Cities

It was the year 1775. A coach was going from London to Dover. (p.8)

This story was a time of revolution in France. Some aristcrats gorverned France at that time. But many poor people wanted to change the government because they didn't have enough food or money. So, they did revolution. When the revolution occured, all aristocrats in Frace were taken and then they had to go to the guillotine. I thought that this story was a little complicated, but it was interesting. And I thought a aristocratic who will go to the guillotine was a kind man because he talked fiendly to a girl who also will go to the guillotine. So, I thought it is not necessary to kill such a kind man, however I could understand the feelings of poor people.
